The day before, the federal police had succeeded in investigating the theft of a dog: on Friday afternoon, the dog owner had contacted the dog Rosie. She had leashed her in the basement of the Ostbahnhof next to the escalator in front of a supermarket where the dog was stolen.

The Federal Police Headquarters in Berlin then reported on Twitter that they were looking for witnesses. The same evening the owner got her dog back – it was found in Erkner and brought to her by “nice people”. Rosie had probably torn free and escaped. The thief was also caught using video footage from surveillance cameras. (tsp)
