The operators of the capital’s airport BER expect a lot of traffic over Pentecost. Up to 280,000 passengers are expected at BER between Friday and Monday, as a spokesman for the Berlin-Brandenburg Airport Company (FBB) announced on request. That would be about as many travelers as last time over the Easter holidays.

According to the forecasts, Friday will be the busiest day for travel. Then the FBB expects 77,000 passengers.

It should also be full in Schönefeld on Sunday and during the return journey on Monday. On these two days, the FBB assumes 70,000 and 72,000 travelers respectively at BER.
